Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Business Intelligence solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Develop and optimize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various source systems into data warehouses.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all BI deliverables.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing BI tools and infrastructure.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, including testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Stay current with emerging BI technologies, tools, and best practices to recommend continuous improvements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and optimization.
- Expertise in at least one leading BI tool (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, including Kimball methodology.
- Experience with ETL tools and processes (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Talend).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
