Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior staff.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business materials for internal and external use.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office upkeep to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing professional and timely assistance.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in an administrative, office management, or business support role.
