Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Inspect rooms for repairs or fixtures that are not working properly and report issues promptly to maintenance.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets and storage areas.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks periodically as scheduled by the supervisor.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linen, as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including front desk staff and maintenance.
- Ensure all lost and found items are handled according to established procedures.
