Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications for various platforms.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, share knowledge, and foster a collaborative development environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, QA, other developers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Research and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance our development processes and product capabilities.
- Optimise existing codebase for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in C++ (C++11/14/17/20) and object-oriented programming.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity.
- Experience with multi-threading, concurrency, and parallel programming.
- Familiarity with software development tools (e.g., Git, JIRA) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
