Key Responsibilities
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently via phone, email, and online systems.
- Provide comprehensive information to clients regarding services, availability, and pricing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve booking-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking details in the system.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services or packages when appropriate.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process payments and issue confirmations.
- Stay updated on all service offerings, promotions, and company policies.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and common issues to improve service.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in reservation software and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
