Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout all stages of the flight.
- Conduct pre-flight checks of safety equipment and cabin interior.
- Deliver pre-flight safety briefings and demonstrate emergency procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to passenger needs and inquiries.
- Serve food, beverages, and duty-free items in accordance with service standards.
- Handle passenger concerns and resolve conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
- Administer first aid when necessary and assist passengers with medical conditions.
- Manage and respond to emergency situations, adhering strictly to safety protocols.
- Complete all required paperwork and reports accurately.
- Adhere to all aviation regulations, company policies, and security procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and uniform at all times.
