Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and aircraft in compliance with aviation regulations and company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to passenger needs and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks, including emergency equipment and cabin readiness.
- Provide clear and concise safety briefings and demonstrations to passengers.
- Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and baggage, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Serve food, beverages, and sell duty-free products during flights.
- Administer first aid and respond to in-flight medical emergencies.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and grooming.
- Collaborate effectively with the flight deck crew and ground staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and reports accurately and timely.

- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a client-facing role
- Knowledge of an additional language
- Certification in First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience as Cabin Crew with another airline
- A valid Canadian passport or the legal right to work in Canada
