Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers regarding billing inquiries, account statements, payment processing, and related financial concerns.
  • Accurately identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Access and navigate multiple systems and tools to retrieve customer account information and resolve billing disputes.
  • Explain complex billing details and charges in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly and accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., finance, technical support) to resolve escalated or intricate issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional, empathetic, and efficient service.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new product features, service updates, and billing policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to a positive team environment.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or billing support role.
  • Proven ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional phone demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, particularly with numerical data.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center technologies.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
