Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners to promote Meliá Zanzibar’s packages, events, and services.
- Achieve and consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Present compelling information about the resort's amenities, features, and unique selling points.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers through professional and engaging communication.
- Accurately record all call information, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and effectively to maximize conversion rates.
- Stay informed about current promotions, packages, and resort offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handle customer objections professionally and convert them into successful sales.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an outbound call center, telemarketing, or direct sales role (minimum 6 months).
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a clear, persuasive speaking voice.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and general computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry.
