Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information, solutions, and support for customer enquiries, service issues, and product questions.
- Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations or resolutions.
- Utilise CRM software to document all customer interactions, update account information, and track follow-up actions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering exceptional service.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
