Job Description

Zanzibar Learning 4 Life Foundation is seeking a dynamic Entry-Level Campaign Outreach Worker to join our dedicated team in Vuga, Zanzibar City. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door and community-based outreach to inform residents about ZL4LF programs and campaigns.
  • Organize and facilitate community meetings, workshops, and awareness events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, local authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Collect feedback from community members and report insights to the project team.
  • Assist in the distribution of campaign materials (leaflets, posters, surveys) effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and community interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure campaign goals are met and messages are consistent.
  • Provide logistical support for events and activities as needed.
  • Represent ZL4LF professionally and passionately in all community engagements.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Swahili and English.
  • Strong passion for community development and social impact.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and positive attitude.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite preferred).
