As a Car Detailing Technician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive interior and exterior cleaning and reconditioning services for a variety of vehicles. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough exterior detailing, including washing, waxing, polishing, and paint correction.
- Execute comprehensive interior detailing, including vacuuming, shampooing, stain removal, and conditioning of various surfaces.
- Clean and restore wheels, tires, trim, and chrome components to their original luster.
- Inspect vehicles for imperfections and recommend appropriate detailing services to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, ensuring proper handling and storage of equipment and chemicals.
- Operate and maintain detailing equipment such as buffers, extractors, and pressure washers.
- Adhere to company standards and safety protocols for all detailing procedures.
- Manage time effectively to complete detailing tasks within specified deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries regarding detailing services.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in car detailing or a related automotive field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Strong knowledge of detailing products, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Class 4 driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification from a recognized automotive detailing program.
- Experience with paint correction and ceramic coating application.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics to identify potential issues during detailing.
