Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, ascertain their rental needs, and provide information regarding vehicle options, rates, and rental terms.
- Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently, including verifying customer identification, driver's licenses, and payment information.
- Conduct pre-rental and post-rental vehicle inspections, noting any existing damage and ensuring vehicles are clean and ready for rental or return.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues or complaints professionally and effectively, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Manage vehicle inventory, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of vehicles in and out of the lot.
- Process payments, calculate rental charges, and explain billing details clearly to customers.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the rental office and vehicle staging areas.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing daily reports.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
