Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting appropriate car wash services.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently, including high-pressure hoses, brushes, and vacuum cleaners.
- Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, drying, and polishing.
- Detail vehicles by cleaning windows, vacuuming interiors, wiping down surfaces, and shining tires.
- Ensure all cleaning products and equipment are used correctly and safely, following manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, including the car wash bay and surrounding areas.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, reporting any shortages or equipment malfunctions to management.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Assist with other general duties at the service station as required.
