Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with self-administration as per care plan.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Offer companionship and engage in meaningful activities to reduce loneliness and promote mental well-being.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying living areas, laundry, and ensuring a clean environment.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of mobility aids.
- Accompany clients to appointments, on errands, or for social outings.
- Accurately document care provided and report any changes in client condition or concerns to the care coordinator.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
