Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled carpenters in various tasks on the construction site.
- Transport and stage materials, tools, and equipment as directed.
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and ensuring safety.
- Learn to measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials under supervision.
- Support in the assembly and installation of wooden structures, framework, and finishes.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any malfunctions.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform general site clean-up duties at the end of each workday.
- Actively participate in on-the-job training and skill development programs.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 25kg).
