Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payment transactions.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries or location.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Perform basic arithmetic to count money and make change.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding cash handling and customer service.
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining product displays when needed.
