Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of catering events, including tables, chairs, decorations, and food stations.
- Help with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients under supervision.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of food preparation areas, serving stations, and dining spaces before, during, and after events.
- Transport food, beverages, and equipment safely to and from event locations.
- Maintain proper inventory of catering supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with inquiries and requests in a polite and efficient manner.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including food hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Work collaboratively with the catering team to ensure seamless event execution.
- Assist with washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, and waste disposal.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
