Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
- Help with setting up and clearing down dining areas, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and serving areas at all times.
- Wash dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans, utilizing dishwashing equipment when necessary.
- Replenish food and beverage stations, ensuring items are adequately stocked.
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper rotation of stock.
- Support senior catering staff with various duties as required.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Provide friendly and helpful assistance to visitors when needed, maintaining a positive attitude.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Required Skills
- No prior catering or hospitality experience required – full training will be provided.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
