Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving and display areas.
  • Assist with merchandising, including product placement, promotional displays, and stock rotation.
  • Handle product inquiries, provide detailed information, and offer personalized recommendations.
  • Manage stock, including receiving deliveries, checking inventory, and restocking shelves.
  • Support loss prevention efforts by being vigilant and adhering to company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and courteously, escalating when necessary.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, products, and company policies.
