Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team in Malindi, Kilifi County. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving and display areas.
- Assist with merchandising, including product placement, promotional displays, and stock rotation.
- Handle product inquiries, provide detailed information, and offer personalized recommendations.
- Manage stock, including receiving deliveries, checking inventory, and restocking shelves.
- Support loss prevention efforts by being vigilant and adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and courteously, escalating when necessary.
- Stay informed about current promotions, products, and company policies.
