Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of food items, including hot meals, sandwiches, salads, and baked goods, following company recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food preparation and storage adheres strictly to hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP principles).
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including kitchen equipment, food display units, and storage facilities.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and minimising waste.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
