Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via live chat platforms, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide detailed information regarding products and services.
  • Troubleshoot common technical issues and guide users through solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in all interactions.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Continuously update product and service knowledge to ensure effective support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to team goals.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
  • Proficiency in typing at a minimum of 40-50 words per minute.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations efficiently.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital communication tools.
  • Empathy and a customer-centric attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a chat support, customer service, or call center role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud).
  • Experience in a BPO environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
