Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations according to order sheets or scanner instructions.
- Efficiently pack items, ensuring they are securely prepared for shipment to prevent damage.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before packing.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and potentially forklifts (if certified) safely and efficiently.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and restocking shelves.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Utilize inventory management systems or handheld scanners to track product movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor promptly.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits as required.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to read and understand order forms and shipping labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Comfortable using handheld scanning devices or learning new inventory systems.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada (or eligible for visa sponsorship).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (6+ months) in a warehouse, logistics, or picker/packer role.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (valid certification is a plus).
- Familiarity with inventory management software or WMS systems.

- Demonstrated ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
