Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced chatbot solutions using leading frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow, Botpress).
- Integrate conversational AI platforms with various backend systems, databases, and third-party APIs.
- Conduct natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language generation (NLG) model training and optimization.
- Perform rigorous testing and debugging of chatbot functionalities to ensure high performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to define chatbot requirements and user flows.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on chatbot performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and conversational technologies.
- Document technical designs, specifications, and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts.
- Experience with chatbot development frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow, Botpress).
- Familiarity with API design and integration (RESTful APIs).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
