Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs with food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and dicing ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all kitchen areas and equipment meet health and safety standards.
- Support the cooking process by monitoring food temperatures, stirring, and basic cooking tasks as directed.
- Receive and store food deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and inventory management.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
