Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment under supervision, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in the preparation and calibration of machinery and production lines before and after processing runs.
- Handle and transfer raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
- Collect and record accurate data related to process parameters, material usage, and production output.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify and report any malfunctions or irregularities.
- Participate in routine maintenance and cleaning of work areas and equipment to maintain high safety and cleanliness standards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to optimize process efficiency and troubleshoot issues.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development through provided training programs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
