Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
- Assist with daily routines including meals, snacks, naptime, and toileting/diapering.
- Organize and participate in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe play area and classroom.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with children, parents, and team members.
- Observe and document children's behavior, progress, and developmental milestones.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Assist in implementing daily lesson plans and curricula under the guidance of lead teachers.

- Understanding of child development stages.
