Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests with ticket verification and direct them to their designated auditoriums.
- Actively monitor cinema aisles and auditoriums to ensure cleanliness, safety, and a comfortable environment for all patrons.
- Provide accurate information regarding showtimes, movie details, and cinema policies.
- Assist with the preparation and sale of concession items, ensuring efficient service and proper cash handling.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Regularly clean and tidy theatre areas, including seats, floors, and common spaces, between screenings and at closing.
- Enforce cinema rules and regulations to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for everyone.
- Support team members as needed in various operational tasks to maintain smooth cinema flow.
Required Skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
