Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior civil engineers and project managers with day-to-day project activities and site operations.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and surveys to gather data and monitor construction progress.
- Support in the preparation of project documentation, reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Learn and apply engineering principles to practical construction challenges.
- Assist with quality control procedures, material testing, and ensuring compliance with project standards.
- Participate in project meetings, take minutes, and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
- Help maintain project schedules and track expenditures.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company policies on all project sites.
- Perform basic design calculations and assist in drafting using relevant software.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field (recently graduated or entry-level).
- Strong foundational knowledge of civil engineering principles and theories.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of motivation, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
