Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, prepare comprehensive agendas, take accurate minutes, and distribute relevant documents to attendees.
