Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a functional and efficient work environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, redirecting as appropriate and providing basic information.
- Assist with data entry, spreadsheet management, and basic financial administration tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

- Process and track incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
