Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve insurance claims with accuracy and empathy.
- Interview claimants, witnesses, and review relevant documents to gather comprehensive information.
- Determine policy coverage, assess liability, and calculate fair settlement amounts.
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders, third parties, and legal representatives.
- Prepare detailed reports, document claim files, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage a diverse caseload efficiently, meeting deadlines and performance metrics.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with all parties involved in the claims process.
- Identify and investigate potential fraudulent claims.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Claims Adjuster or in a related insurance field.
