Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of all office areas, common spaces, and hallways.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms thoroughly, ensuring all fixtures are sparkling and supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels) are fully stocked.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchenettes, including sinks, countertops, microwaves, and other small appliances.
- Empty and clean trash receptacles and replace liners in all designated areas.
- Wipe down and disinfect surfaces, door handles, light switches, and other high-touch points regularly.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and health guidelines during cleaning operations.
- Execute periodic deep cleaning tasks as assigned, such as window washing or floor polishing.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly stored and maintained after use.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services.
- Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, including proper usage and safety precautions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a thorough approach to tasks.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
