Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of cleaning staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.

  • Provide hands-on support and training to new and existing team members.

  • Handle and resolve client or guest feedback related to cleanliness in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and reporting any maintenance needs.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a cleaning supervisory role.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
