Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Proactively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions from Career.zycto's service offerings.
  • Manage client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., recruitment, HR consulting) to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to identify trends, suggest improvements, and contribute to service development.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and reinforce value.
  • Maintain accurate client records and communications within our CRM system.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client service, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • A proactive and empathetic approach to client engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
