Key Responsibilities

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process remotely.
  • Conduct virtual training sessions and tailored product demonstrations.
  • Act as primary contact for new clients, resolving inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless client experience.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation and resources.
  • Monitor client progress and engagement, addressing potential roadblocks.
  • Gather client feedback for continuous process and product improvement.
  • Accurately log all client data and interactions in our CRM system.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in client success or a similar client-facing role, preferably SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with recruitment technology platforms or HR software.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a significant asset.
  • Proven track record of improving client satisfaction.
