Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Client Onboarding Trainee to join our remote team, based out of the Yonge–Eglinton, Toronto area. This entry-level position is an incredible opportunity for an individual looking to kickstart their career in client relations and operational excellence within a fast-paced professional services environment. As a Trainee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our new clients experience a smooth, positive, and efficient transition into our services. This involves learning our comprehensive onboarding processes, understanding client needs, and coordinating with various internal teams to deliver a world-class client experience. You will gain hands-on experience in project management fundamentals and client communication strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in seamless client onboarding and transition processes.
  • Communicate onboarding timelines, requirements, and expectations clearly.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams for service activation.
  • Prepare and organize client documentation and agreements.
  • Support client meetings, take notes, and learn engagement best practices.
  • Customize client accounts within internal systems.
  • Track onboarding progress and report issues to senior team members.
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
