Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional information regarding company services and policies.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior staff when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support overall office operations.
