Key Responsibilities
- Greet and register patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently, handling cancellations and rescheduling as needed.
- Process patient payments, manage billing inquiries, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address patient inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update patient medical records with strict adherence to confidentiality guidelines.
- Prepare consultation rooms, ensure cleanliness, and stock necessary supplies.
- Assist doctors and nurses with non-clinical administrative tasks as required.
- Manage general office upkeep, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Coordinate with pharmacies and other healthcare providers for patient referrals and medication orders.
- Provide empathetic support and clear communication to patients regarding their appointments and procedures.
