Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, availability, and health, responding to alerts and incidents promptly.
- Diagnose and resolve intricate technical problems related to networking, compute, storage, databases, and security within cloud environments.
- Implement proactive solutions and automation scripts to prevent recurring issues and enhance system reliability.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, development, and operations teams on escalated issues and strategic projects.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, knowledge base articles, and runbooks.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide timely support for critical production incidents.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and optimization of cloud resources and services.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of proven experience in technical support roles for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Linux operating systems (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and task orchestration.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
