Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack and unpack products within a cold storage environment, ensuring proper handling and temperature control.
- Sort, organize, and label inventory accurately according to established procedures.
- Load and unload materials and products from pallets, shelves, and trucks, using appropriate equipment and safety measures.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet required standards before packing or dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the cold room, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and cold chain protocols.
Required Skills
- Ability to work comfortably and safely in cold temperatures for extended periods.
- Good physical stamina and strength to lift and move packages up to 25kg repeatedly.
