Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping of floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring all fixtures are sparkling and supplies are replenished.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to a streak-free standard.
- Wipe down and sanitize high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and handrails.
- Clean and maintain kitchenettes or breakroom areas, including countertops and appliances.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, and scrubbers.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs for replenishment.
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards, ready for client use.
- Follow specific cleaning schedules and instructions provided for each client site.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and safe handling practices.
