Key Responsibilities

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, journalists, and key influencers.
- Coordinate media inquiries, arrange interviews, and prepare spokespersons for public appearances.
- Monitor media coverage, analyse sentiment, and report on the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, developing content calendars and engaging with our online community.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and corporate communications documents.
- Assist in crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of events, webinars, and public engagements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, media landscape changes, and digital communication best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a communications, PR, or digital marketing role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrable experience in drafting press releases, articles, and digital content.
- Strong understanding of media relations and proven ability to secure media coverage.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
