As a Community Development Officer, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that empower residents, enhance social cohesion, and improve the quality of life within Upper Poppleton and surrounding areas. A significant aspect of this role involves working with diverse cultural groups, particularly those from international backgrounds, to understand their needs, facilitate their integration, and ensure their voices are heard within local decision-making processes. You will play a crucial role in breaking down communication barriers, promoting positive cultural exchange, and fostering a strong sense of belonging for everyone, helping Upper Poppleton become an even more welcoming and integrated place for all its residents, both long-term and new. If you are eager to apply your skills to make a tangible difference in a supportive and forward-thinking organization dedicated to social impact, we strongly encourage you to apply.
