Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of community health programs and initiatives within Hammersmith.
- Engage directly with community members to assess health needs, gather feedback, and ensure program relevance.
- Collaborate with local councils, healthcare providers, schools, and community groups to foster partnerships and maximise impact.
- Organise and facilitate health workshops, educational sessions, and outreach events on various health topics.
- Recruit, train, and mentor volunteers or junior staff involved in community health activities.
- Monitor program progress, collect data, and prepare regular reports on outcomes and key performance indicators.
- Manage resources effectively, including budgets and materials, to ensure efficient program delivery.
- Act as a central point of contact for community health enquiries and provide accurate information and signposting.
- Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations and relevant organisational policies.
- Advocate for community health needs and contribute to broader strategic planning for well-being initiatives.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of local health services and community resources in London, particularly Hammersmith.
- First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Experience in data collection and basic reporting.
