Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a vibrant and active online presence.
- Actively moderate community forums, social media channels, and other platforms, ensuring a positive and respectful environment.
- Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (text, image, video) that resonates with our community members.
- Monitor community sentiment, gather feedback, and report on key metrics and trends to internal stakeholders.
- Plan and execute online events, Q&As, and discussions to increase interaction and member participation.
- Identify and engage with key influencers and advocates within the community to amplify brand messaging.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for community inquiries and support, escalating issues when necessary.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in online community management or social media management.
- Proven ability to build and grow online communities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong grasp of online etiquette.

- Strong understanding of community metrics and analytics.
