Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to grow and nurture Career.zycto's online and offline communities.
- Manage and moderate all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram) and online forums, ensuring a positive and engaging environment.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, image, video) that resonates with our target audience and aligns with brand guidelines.
- Actively interact with community members, respond to comments and messages, facilitate discussions, and foster meaningful connections.
- Monitor community metrics, analyze data, and generate reports on engagement, growth, and sentiment to inform future strategies.
- Organize and promote online events (webinars, AMAs) and potentially local meetups to enhance community interaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns.
- Identify and engage with key influencers and advocates within our community.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, community management best practices, and new social media features.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in community management or social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to create engaging and relevant content across various formats.
