Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market pricing and salary surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Analyze compensation data, identify trends, and prepare detailed reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Participate in the design, development, and administration of salary structures, bonus plans, and other incentive programs.
- Support the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus payouts.
- Ensure compensation programs comply with local, national, and international regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR functions to provide expert advice and guidance on compensation-related matters.
- Develop and deliver training and communication materials on compensation philosophies and programs to employees and management.
- Evaluate job roles and responsibilities to determine appropriate salary grades and compensation levels.
- Research and recommend best practices in compensation to continually improve our reward strategies and stay ahead of market trends.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar analytical HR role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas) and HRIS systems.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and current market trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or working towards certification.
- Experience with global compensation practices and international market data.
- Proficiency with compensation management software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Radford).
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
