Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance programs and policies in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Monitor changes in regulatory landscapes, assess their impact on the business, and ensure timely updates to internal policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance and vulnerability.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to all departments on compliance-related matters, fostering a strong culture of ethical conduct.
- Design and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs for employees, ensuring awareness and understanding of regulatory obligations.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues, complaints, and suspected violations, reporting findings to senior management.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely compliance reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and regulatory examiners during compliance reviews.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans for identified compliance deficiencies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Compliance Manager or similar role (minimum 5 years).
