Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or similar role, specifically within audit, legal, and governance.
- In-depth knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks relevant to recruitment or professional services (e.g., GDPR, ICO guidelines, employment legislation).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into practical business processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and advising at all organizational levels.
